Mother’s Day, 2015

To the woman who “loved me the second she knew about me”,
who raised me, through example, to be confident in who I am,

Who’s stuck beside me when I’m at my lowest,
and been proud of me when I am (and when I’m not) at my best,

Who spends her days serving and lovin’ on her kiddos at school,
and still has more than enough to smother on her kids at home,

To the woman who has displayed and ingrained in me the love of Jesus,
and who makes me excited to be a mother someday,

To my MOM:

….Happy Mother’s Day!  I love you!
